Terms & Conditions

By booking a party with Tiny Treasures, you agree to the following terms:

 

Booking & Payment

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking

- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the event

- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received

 

Cancellations

- If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded

- This applies regardless of the notice given

 

Rescheduling

- We may offer to reschedule your booking to a new date, subject to availability

- Rescheduling is at our discretion

 

Party Duration & Timing

- Parties will run within the agreed time slot

- Late starts may result in reduced activity time

- Additional time may not always be possible

 

Party Environment

-A responsible adult must be present at all times during the party

- The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, suitable, and has adequate space for activities

 

Health & Safety

Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs must be shared in advance

- Activities may be adapted to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children

 

Behaviour

We aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all children

- We reserve the right to pause or adapt activities if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive

 

SEN & Inclusivity

Tiny Treasures specialises in inclusive, SEN-friendly parties

- We will always aim to adapt activities to suit individual needs, where reasonably possible

 

Liability

- While we take all reasonable care, Tiny Treasures is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the event, except where required by law

 

Unforeseen Circumstances

- In the unlikely event that Tiny Treasures must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit will be offered

 

Agreement

By booking with Tiny Treasures, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
