Refund Policy

At Tiny Treasures, all bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen date and time.


Deposits

  • The deposit is 50% of the total party cost

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they secure your booking and cover preparation time


Remaining Balance

  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the party


Cancellations

  • If you cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refunded


Rescheduling

  • Where possible, we may offer to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability
